Dealing with the stress

Nowadays, everywhere are always can feel stress and seem to surround with us. No matter in your job or life. It can be caused by something positive or negative. It is not always bad; sometimes it can actually be essential or helpful. So, to learn confront stress and dealing with stress is very important for everyone.

First, to understand that what caused stress then take a deep breathing and tell self that everything will be fine and do not be nervous. This way can made you clam down then you can easy to know what the trouble and how to cope with.

Second, do exercise also a good way to deal with stress. Just to do that you like or usually do in free time. For instance, you can scream, it also can say that it is kind of exercise, but keeping in mind, do not bother other person. In this way you can relieve stress. If you can swim, I think that it is a good way to deal with stress.

In short, when the stress knock door, do not be nervous. I usually take a deep breathing, try to clam down and take easy as you can. After work, I must to go swimming or playing tennis that both are my favorite exercise. After that, I must felt good or better. It is just my way.

New Year’s Resolutions

The 2009 years will be passing and the 2010 will be coming then I will be thirty-six years old. So my new year’s resolution is to have a girl friend who will be a spouse.
First, I want to tell her, I love you. I admire a girl whose name is Huiyun and we work in a bank, but she works in another branch. I want to tell her, I falling in love with you.
Second, I hope that we will be a steady.
Finally, I want to found a family. I like a family feel that include wife and children. In the pass, I think that I am young and still early to me. But it is true that time is flying.
So, I do not care about the face that whether she will accept me or not. I have been deciding to tell her, I love you.

Have you ever had to overcome a problem or difficult situation at some time in your life

Did you watch Japanese soap opera that is “101st proposal of marriage which is talk about a man deeply fall in love with a woman and she refused him proposal of marriage many time. On December 1999, I fall in love with my coworker, because we work together all day. Then I courageously talked to him and she talked to me that is impossible. But I still pursue him for three years. During the three years, I never interrupt. The finally result is that we still are good friend and coworker. I felt sad and dispiriting during the three years. After that, I spend a lot time to treat myself.
We are working in a bank, she is a new employee and I have to teach him how to do. We must face and service customer every day which we overcome any problem together. Day by day, I have to be used work with him together. If she left seat or took a rest for a log time that I always felt uncomfortable and I think that I fall in love with him so I decide to talk him my feeling and hope to accept me, agree me to be my girl friendly. Of course, she refused me, but I did not give up and try to do any way any things I can do that just about him. Then I only got hurt day by day, year over year. I spent all time on him and I can to do the other things. On day, my friend told me that you could not keep doing and have to give up because I waste many time on him. This is a most problem in the pass that I knew that I have to fine newly live. So I decide to give up, now we are a good friend and can talked any thing. Just to be a good friend.
After I decide give up, I am very lucky that I have a good friend who encourage me uninterrupted when I sad and disappointed. I try to do other things like learning new thing, did not call her and try to be a general friend. An idiom say “if you want to forgot a person, time is the best medicine” finally I made it, now we become a good friend.
Before I give up that still deeply trust that an idiom say “where is there a will, there is a way” I can made it, she will be my girl friend. Now I still deeply trust “where is there a will, there is a way”, because I overcome bereft of love that injure my heart.

Green Island

Last week, every classmate introduced many beautiful places. Green Island is the only one of place where I likes.

In my memory, The Government often entertained eldest brother or sister to live and to eat in Green Island. Sometimes we can got news about that the government to crack down on crime on TVand I felt a song that green island serenade is very pleasant to hear.

According to classmate reported that Green Island has many resort. For instance, Nanliao harbor, Green Island lighthouse and 朝日hot spring. They gave a suggestion that we can tour around the island and do night exploration.

I think that green island has been polluted by human and it is a beautiful and mysterious place in Taiwan. So, if I have chance, I will to go The Green Island.

The most memorable tourist experience, I have ever had was when I went to Alishan.
First,I get up at 3 o’clock and prepare see sunrise we take This was my first time with classmate in Alishan.

So Alishan was the most memorable tourist experience, I have ever had and also is a famous tourism spot in Taiwan, such as sunrise, sea of clouds, afterglow, forest, railway which count to the five famous sightseeing spots.
Especially the Alishan’s railway line was severely damaged by rains associated with typhoon Morakot.

Push the limit

I want to talk about my experience that about my first time to perform magic on the stage.
When I studied in two-years college. I joined the magical club. Because I think magic is magically. Many people say, magic is deceitful, but I do not think so.

In the following year, we have to hold an achievement publish that mean we have to make a public perform magic.
This is my first time perform and about our club’s renown.
I have to do my best, so I prepare the magical show for a log time.
When day come and in my turn to perform. There are many audiences down there which include students, teachers and really sorcerer…etc.
Most importantly, there ar and many eyes focus on me. Wa… I knees went weak and I started to felt nervous.
Although my friends encourage me form down there. I still involuntarily felt nervous.
So, I think that it is must be terrible. Fortunate, I told myself that I have to push the limit and I can make it. Because I had been practice for a long time and I did not screwed up the show. Then I calm down and take deeply breathe.
After ten minutes, I finished my performance and bowed my thanks.
I heard thunderous applause. Suddenly, I felt free and easy and nervous was disappeared.

I am a easy nervous person who I think put up with easy nervous is my challenge.
Especially, I have to perform on the stage.

School uniforms

School uniforms stands of the school's image when we wear it on the street. It also represents what the schools vitality. So, I think that we should wear uniform and students should be like a student. We must respect school as oneself.
The first and most important reason to support wearing school uniform is that the school is easy to administrate students. If we come on the way home or on the way school then an accident happened, people can identify easy and inform school as soon as possible.
A second reason to support wearing school uniform is that students have to concentrate on lessons, for they have to spend a lot of time on dressing and start to worry that should wear makeup on their faces or not all day which surly can not study well.
The final reason to support wearing school uniform is that some school’s uniform represents best school and some people think proud of wearing best school uniform. For instance, President Ma Ying-jeou said,” I am proud of wearing Chien-Kuo Senior High School’s uniform”. So wearing school’s uniforms
To summarize, To administrate students is school’s responsibility that about students’ safety and school uniforms also behalf of the school's image, so we must respect school as oneself and students have to concentrate on the lesson for get a brilliant achievement of study and to be admitted to good university. So I think that wearing school uniform is need.

Famous place of Taiwan

Taiwan is a beautiful island that has many culture, features, delicacy’s food, religion and national parks…etc. So, many foreigners like to come to Taiwan that has particular culture and particular live.

Now, I want to divide into two part to introduce Taiwan.
First of all, I want to introduce high spot as Yangmin-Mountain that is a beautiful place. It’s one of famous and beautiful national parks in Taiwan and near Taipei city which many people go to the park and take hot spring on the weekends and some of people enjoy sitting on the grass. Yangmin-Mountain where has many natural feature, the weather is changeable, each season has its own feature. In spring, there has flower festival. In summer, there has green forest. In fall, you can see beautiful awn. In winter, there has cloudy and fuggy. Finally, I want to introduce night markets as Shilin night market which is all kind of foods over there. Just like the steamed buns, stinky toufu, spring rolls, and the most famous drink- bubble tea. I will also eagerly covet when I'm thinking of that. Taiwan snacks are really famous all over the world.

To sum up, Taiwan is a beautiful island which has beautiful national parks and many snacks. Yangmin-Mountain has a beautiful view and hot spring. When holiday or weekend comes, many people going to take relax. When you feel hungry that have to go to Shilin night market where can eat many delicacy snacks. Next time, if you have free time which you do not go to where? Yangmin-Mountain and Shilin night market are good choice.

About thirty years ago, Taiwanese are crazy about baseball no matter male, female, chirden and adults. When I was a child, I always heard adults to talk about baseball or get up early to watch baseball game about Chinese team on TV. Everyone are crazy about baseball until today even forever.
In Oct.23 1989,The Chinese Professional Baseball Leagueb had founded in Taiwan, it's also third founded profesisonal baseball in Asia. After Japan and Korea. The CPBL consists of four teams. Taiwanese are very happy to watch Chinese professional Baseball Leagueb and have own favor baseball team. Every holiday where are a lot of people go to baseball field to see baseball game or stay at home to watch baseball game on. Especially Chinese versus Japan or Korea. I favor baseball team are Time-Eagle and Cobras. Few years ago my favor teams were disapper. Did you know what happen. There are many baseball players to taken gamble on the CPBL. It's hurt everyone heart. So many baseball fans never go to the baseball to see games.
Today, I can not believe it that baseball players taken gamble again. It's not first time. I think that baseball fans' heart will be die and hurts again. The baseball is Taiwanese spirit that can't disapper.

Do you perfer which one!?

Playing sport or watching sport on TV is good habit for you, but they are difference. Playing sport can perspire is good for body’ metabolism. Most of people work hard and usually eaten fast foods outside. So, people have to do regular exercise are more important. In contrast, watching sport on TV you can listen to comment on the race’s results, watching amazing slow motion, and on matter anytime whether you have a partner, just you want. Playing sport have to have good weather, place, and partner which are depend on what kind of exercise you want to do. But, watching sport on TV you will get nearsighted, if watching long times. Finally, playing sport is good habit and makes your body strong, but you have to have partner, place and good weather. Learning English.

I have been studying Lunghwa University of Science and Technology for one year. It's really that time is fly. I was a new student in Lunghwa one year ago and feel a lot pressure with lesson. Now I feel better than last semester. I want to thank for everyone. Learning English is my goal that I hope to speak smoothly English and go to abroad to visit everywhere.

My English is still not good, but dring one year when I study a lot english subject that made my english promotion. I think communicate is very important. What are the advantages of learning English?English is national language that can communicate with many people. English is very important for us. They are at least three kinds of advantages. First, you can know many foreigner friends and know the culture of other countries. Second, you can use it at work. We don’t need to worry about when you have foreign customers. Finally, you can go abroad for travelling without any fear of the communication. You can clearly know their meaning while shopping. So, English is our second language that learning English can bring us a lot of advantages and we can use it every where and to learn English is a good thing which you don’t afraid to know foreign friends while they talk with you.

Twilight

Twilight is mean endless love and about the vampire with female characters' love story. I call it that is The Lion fell in love with The Lamb. The female character, Bella loves Edward and said three thing I was absolutely positive. The first, Edward was a vampire and the second, there was a part of him, and I don’t know how dominant that part might be.. that thirsted of my blood and third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably fell in love with him.

I want to say Bella is a special girl than other girls or to say love has greatly power. I think true love that has magical power. Nowadays, people have several ways to meet romantic partners. For instance, at school or work, at dance clubs, through mathmakers, through blind dates and through Internet dating services...etc. True love can makes people great.

The Weaver girl and Buffalo boy

The day is Chinese Valentine day. Today, I still don't have girl friend with me. I just have a box of chcolate from my manager. So, let me tell about a love story. Why is Qixi, the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, a day for lovers?! Well, it comes from an old Chinese story. A long time ago, a weaver girl lived in the sky and made clouds for her family. At the same time, on errth where a buffalo boy was talking care of his buffalo who is lonely. On day, the weavergirl was bored with life in the sky. She decided to go awimming in a river. The buffalo boy saw her and he thought she was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. He fell in love.While the weaver gilr swimming in thr river and tje buffalo boy took her clothes back if she would marry him. She agreed to be his wife.

Ten years passed, and the happy couple had two children. The weaver girl like living on earth. but her familyin the sky were fed up with her absence. They needed her to star making clouds again. One day there was a huge storm. The sky was dark with rain and the weaver girl's mother was looking for her!! Suddenly, the weaver girl's mother grabbed her daughter. She took her back up to the sky. The buffalo boy caught up wiyh them abd the girl's mother said he could live in the sky and work. However, he and the weaver girl were so in love that neither of them did any work.The girl's mother got very angry. She decided they could not be together. So, she put the buffalo boy on one side of the sky, and the weaver girl on the other side. But every year, they allowed to meet for one short day. The day in Chinese call Qixi.

Lost time is never found again.

Time is fleeting, the picture took from my eighteen years old. One day, I clean my room and found a photo album. I suddenly stopped sweeping my room. I almost forget tooking these photos and forget still have them.Then, I open the photo album that make me very surprise. The photos reminds me of senior high school's good time. "Lost time is never found again". I can't believe that I am thirty-five years old now. When I look the photo that seem yesterday. when I was into eighteen years old that my parents give me a motorcycle. Actuality, I request that my parents give me motorcycle. The motorcycle costs sixty-three hundred dollars in 1991. So, it's very expensive. The students afford that expensive motorcycle.

I remember that I went to ILian with my clasmate by motorcycle. We play anywhere and ate anywhere. Everyone rode motorcycle and took photos that is very funs, although we don't have girl friends. Did you see my motorcycle that is 150cc

What makes this story great is that Tom Sawyer represents everything that is great about childhood. The book is filled with Tom's adventures playing pirates and war with his friend Joe Harper. Tom has a trusted friend, Huck Finn, who few of the adults approve of. The book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. It is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. The whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did during their childhood. The book is a little difficult to read at first. Personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. Other than referring to persons of African decent in derogatory terms (which I'm sure uses terms even young children already know), the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages. Now, I am a thirty five-year-old person. I always believe that I am an idiot especially to learn every things and to communicate with everyone. Sometime I felt taht my spoken nobody understant. So, I think communicate that seem very hard for me. But, I think that it is never too old to learn. Everything must to keep learning that is in my this ages, I think. Including learn English that my English is not good. But, I like English. Because I can communicate with foreigner and go abroad along that see people from different countries. That is pretty exciting. Ihave studied English for a long time, but of course I still have some trouble with conversation. Since I came to Lunghwa University which I felt my English ability to get to abimprove obvious.

What is something you want to learn?

What do I want to learn? Hmm. First of all, learning English is more important that I know learning English is not short time can be. I mean that to set up a pole and see its shadow. Second, I want to learn how to play guitar. I learn to play guitar with my friend when I was senior high school student. I never became very good at it. Because, I did not have enough patient and guitar 's line to made my finger hurt. But, I really like music. Now, if I have a chance to learn guitar that I do not scared hurt. If I could play guitar, I will sing a song myself that when I was lonely. If I could play guitar, I will play guitar with girls. So I think that if I had enough time to study guitar, I would probably take it more seriously. Learning English is also very important that no matter what happen, I will keep learning until older.

Which season of the year do you favorite?

Of course, I like summer the best. In Taipei, it is very hot. But, I used to go swimming that I usually go to the swimming pool or go to the beach. I went swimming all years which I have free time. In summer, it is such a nice feeling to jump into the water on a hot summer day. Even on the hot days, the wather was so cool and felt comfortable. I would relax and float in the wather. Another reason is look at the eye candy. Ha Ha Ha..., No matter anywhere which you can see many hot chick on the street, swimming pool, and the beach. Especialy in swimming pool or at the beach where there are many bikini girls. Wow... It is really look at the eye candy. But, if you go to the beach that will get a lot of sun. The next day it makes your skin hurt and you have to prevent get a lot sun. So, summer has been my favorite season. Wu...

Korean foods, bibimbap and kimchi

An authentic Korean meal is truly delicious foods. One delicious, lively dish is bibimbap,which is usually served in a stone bowl. The White Snake is about how things are sometimes different than they appear. The story tells of a snake who falls in love with a name Xu-Xian. To be with Xu, the snake uses magic to change herself into a woman named Bai Suzhen.

Today, I am very happy that I ate dinner with my coworkers whom are my good friends and partner. There are many coworkers attend the dinner party. One of them is my manager who is more care me. We ate dinner party together. I thank for everyone whom attend the dinner and share experience each other in work. So, we are very fun at night.

The restaurant that is sold Thai food which I think not very delicious. In fact, thai food that is sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, all at once. This makes it very delicious. But the restaurant which I think too different. Although the foods are not delicious, but we talk each other and take pictures. Sometime ate dinner just a reason, meeting friends who is a very happy things.

Iam a office worker who have worked in Landbank Of Taiwan Su-Lin branch since 1999. There are many memories in my mind. I have many friends who are accompany me grew up in there. I have a good friendship with them.I think that how many ten-years in a life. Today is May 19th 2009. I almost cried in morning's conference which I want to say my felling during the ten years. Because I have to go away and leave for head office that is my new work's place. I have leave my coworkers which are my very good friend. They treat me very good. My favorite sport

My favorite sport are tennis and swimming. My first time play tennis that is studied in two -year-college's PE class. Then I love tennis very much. When I was a two-year-college student and after school I played tennis every day. Now, I have to work and go to school that I almost do not have enough time to play tennis. Sometime I play tennis with my cowork in national holiday or watched tennis race on TV. Because I really like to play tennis.

Two years ago, I did not swim. In 2007 summer that is very hot everyday, even night. It is really hot all day and I do not know that where I can go. So, I try to go to swimming pool. But I can not swimming. I am fortunate that I meet a older uncle who is taught me to swim. He taught me swim skill that I am more and more practiced in breast-stroke. Today is Mother's Day. I want to tell her," Happy Mother's Day" in Japanese is "母の日　おめでとう　ございます。"
My mother is fifty-nine years old which is a loyal buddhist. So, she is a vegetarain who has been vegetarian for twenty years. She is also a volunteer who is work once a week in National Taiwan University Hospital. She help serious patient to eat and to washed body. On the every weekend, She go to the temple to be a volunteer in Tu-Cheng city. She has four child who both are all boys. So my parent are very hard to raise us, especially is my mother. When I was child, she works hard every day which then cooked dinner and washed clothes. She encourages us when we fail and takes care of us day and night. Now, we are grew up that is an adult person, but she care for us never interrupted.
For me, she is not only a mother, but also a loyal buddhist and volunteer. My mother is the best thing in my life. I will lover her forever. Today is Mother's Day, I want to tell her, "Happy Mother's Day!" in Japanese is "母の日　おめでとう　ございます。" I wish her always happy and healthy.

My niece

I have a niece who is eleven years old. Her name is Yolanda who has studying fourth grade elementary school in Yungho city Taipei county. Today is May 5thher that is her birthday. After work, I bought some things to celebrate. I bought a box of chocolate cookie, a bottle of juice, a bottle of milk, a ice cream cake, etc. We sang a birthday's song for her. She was very happy. We wish her always safe grow up and healthy. When she was a bably, I usually held her in the arms, but I can not hold her in the arms now. Because she has grown up and growing fat. Our relationship as like a brother with sister than a uncle with a niece. I have doting on her. Maybe is the fact that I did not had a sister. The time pass fast, I am very happy that she safe grow up every day.

Hands should be washed immediately after returning home or arriving at work following a bus or train ride. aIf no tap-washing is available, people may use sanitized tissue paper. Finally, do not shake hands and buy ordinary masks. Handshakes may pass on the H1N1 virus. Doctors endorse Wang's recommendation as a way to keep away from new influenza. There's no need to buy surgical masks that are expensive and intended for use by surgeons and their nurses. Wear masks while you are exposed in public. Once back at home or in the office, you need not wear masks any more. The masks can stop the H1N1 virus from getting into your nostrils and open mouth.

Thousands of workers took to the streets of Taipei yesterday to demand that the government provide stable job opportunities and respect laborers' rights amid record-high unemployment rates. Sure. If I have enough money and healthy body that I would like to be 100 years old. Because I have a lot money. I do not have to work then I can play anywhere and see children grow up. But i f I do not have money and healthy body that I will cause trouble for my family. Maybe I would be a burden to my family and I would be a burden. I have to have people help me to eat and to walk that it is extremely awful things. Everyone have to work or go to school. They are very busy, tired, and not enough time. Nobody talk to you then you will be lonely. Nobody to take care of you then you will sick. You would spend your time reading the obituaries. Of course, old age is a good thing. No one wants to die young. But I think 100 years old maybe is a bit too old . Maybe about 80 would be fine. 80 years old should be OK.

You can buy a newspaper, a cup of coffee, pay your bills, photocopying, faxing, film processing, on line shopping, use an ATM, and home delivery, etc. Most of us visit a convenince store at least once a day and we have become very dependent on this convenince store.

In the past, people bought most of their fresh food at crowded outdoor markets. Today's food shoppers who can go to supermarket. There have more comfortable shopping environment where has air conditioned.

We can buy variety of fashionable, brand name goods at department store. In Taiwan, fashionable people like to shop at department store like Sogo, and Taipei 101. Because Shopper believe these place have high quality and fashionable clothes. so, these stores are considered the best of the best.

For people trying to lose weight, carbohydrates have become public enemy. Many people have out of their lives. Our bodies change carbohydrates into glucose. the sugar that the body uses for energy. The rate of this change is different from food to food. For instance, the carbohydrates in white bread and potatoes are changed into sugsr very quickly. Some carbohydrates are healthier than others. For instance, the carbohydrates in whole fruit are changed much more slowly than those in fruit juice. instead of avoiding bread completely, you can replace white bread with whole grain bread. Lanyu Island

There is a beautiful island located in south-eastern coast fo Taiwan. Her name called Lanyu, or Orchid Island. In the past there were a lot of orchids growing there. Lanyu is very different from the rest of Taiwan where the Yami people live there. I knew that the Yami people speak their language. Many of them still live like they did long ago. A lot of Yami house are half underground that protect Yami people from typhoons. The Yami people lead a simple life and fishing is very important to them. When you come to Lanyu Island which you can see the fishermen to make beautiful boats from trees. They believe launching these into the sea males their fishing lucky.During on March and July that is Yami people celebrate flying fish season.

Lanyu Island is also the perfect place where the wather is so clear and quiet place close to nature. So,we should not tranferred nuclear waste material to Lanyu Island.
