Korean foods, bibimbap and kimchi


An authentic Korean meal is truly delicious foods. One delicious, lively dish is bibimbap,which is usually served in a stone bowl. There are chicken, red peppers, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, rice vinger, and white bean sprouts inside the bowl make bibmbap very colorful. And as the steaming food is stirred, white rice touches the hot bowl, making a popping sound. To ensure that they'd have food for the winter, Koreans long ago learn the art of preserving foods. This is how Korean's national, kimchi, was develpoed. The kichi is rich in vitamins and good for body, but it is popular worldwide mainly because it is celicious. In the past, korean also believe that spicy food helps warm their bodies during harsh winter. Nowadays, many Koreans eat kimchi with every meal.
