carbohydrates

For people trying to lose weight, carbohydrates have become public enemy. Many people have out of their lives. Our bodies change carbohydrates into glucose. the sugar that the body uses for energy. The rate of this change is different from food to food. For instance, the carbohydrates in white bread and potatoes are changed into sugsr very quickly. Some carbohydrates are healthier than others. For instance, the carbohydrates in whole fruit are changed much more slowly than those in fruit juice. instead of avoiding bread completely, you can replace white bread with whole grain bread. Beands and brown rice are healthier than potatoes and white rice. The key to a healthy diet is watching the types of carbohydrates you are eating. So you do not have to sacrifice that spaghetti. If you plan your diet carefully, carbohydrates can be your friends, not your enemies.
